Rest didn't seem to help my bum shoulder so I am back to pushing a bit harder again but still keeping the weights low and volume high. This has been the story of the past 2 years.
On the grip side of things I have done my modified KTA program the last two days. Both days I did 5x1x#1 and 10x1x#2. These are no set, no chalk, done in the morning with low intensity. My hands feel good so far and don't seem to be taking away from my grip at night.
