Strongman Showdown - Sequim WA

Jackal's Gym Store Owner Karl Gillingham picked up a win in Sequim WA at the 3rd annual Strongman Showdown organized by John "Sarge" Allen. Karl Won the Deadlift and Stones on way to the title. The other event winners were Van Hatfield in the Press Medley, Kevin Nee in the Farmers Walk, & Brad Dunn & Kevin in the Yoke carry. All the competitors had a great time and look forward to the contest next year!

Jackal's Lifters at IPF World's - South Africa

All three Jackal's Gym lifters had a great showing at IPF World's in South Africa. In the 100 kilo class, Nick Tylutki placed 5th with a 345 kilo Squat, 227.5 kilo bench, and 300 kilo deadlift for a 872.5 kilo total. In the 110 kilo class, Jon Krogman went 355k squat, 240k bench, and 322.5k deadlift for 5th place and 917.5 kilo total. At Superheavyweight, Jackal's Gym founder Brad Gillingham went 9 for 9 and finshed with a bronze medal in total and a gold medal in the deadlift! Brad had a 385k squat, 267.5k bench and 400k World Master Record deadlift for 1052.5 kilo total.

Jordan Krogman National Champ

Jordan Krogman had a good meet despite some injuries and overtraining and won the USAPL RAW Junior 100Kg class last weekend in Denver. This makes 6 National Championship wins this year for Jackals Gym!

Jackal's Gym at USAPL Nationals

Jackal's Gym was represented by 6 competitors at the USAPL Nationals this past weekend in Palm Springs. Tony Schwebach won the 181lb 18yr old class, Craig Peterson was 2nd in the 198lb Junior class, Nick Tyluki won the 220 open class and was best lifter on Saturday, Jon Krogman won the 242 open class, Greg Wagner unfortunately bombed in the bench on red lights while leading the 275lb class, and Brad Gillingham won the SHW class just missing a 400kg deadlift on a 2 to 1 decisions by the judges. Congratulations guys and good luck at IPF World's this fall in South Africa!

2nd Annual Jackal's Gym Invitational Grip Contest

10 competitors battled it out this year at the annual Jackal's Gym Invitational Grip Contest.
