1. The store at Jackal's Gym is built on the  Microsoft .NET platform. For best results we encourage using Microsoft Internet Explorer when shopping with us. The store has been tested with Netscape 7.1 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5, and orders process fine. If you are using a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer and are having trouble, please try to upgrade your browser to the latest version and try again.
2. The store requires that your browser accepts cookies.
3. Jackal's Gym offers a secure server for cash and credit card transactions.
4. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted and will be billed from Gillingham, LLC.
5. For cash transactions select "Check" under the card option. Send your check or money order to the Customer Service address below.
6. Domestic shipping is 2-3 day Priority Mail. Canada is First Class Air Mail. All other countries are International Priority Mail which is scheduled to arrive in 6-10 business days but may be delayed in Customs.
7. International orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Packages are shipped airmail within 1-2 business days, however once arriving at the destination country the package must clear customs which may cause significant delay.

11. Measure around center of elbow with arm straight for elbow support size.
12. Measure around center of kneecap with leg straight for knee support size.
13. Measure around waist line or use pant size for Belt & Warm Pant support size.
14. Metric Conversion: Multiply inches by 2.54 to convert to centimeters (cm).
15. Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for a different size if returned unworn in original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Please make a note on the original invoice what size is needed. The exchange will occur upon return inspection.
16. Credit: Items returned for credit must be unworn and returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with a copy of the original invoice and a note that a credit is desired. The credit will be given on the original purchase card less freight and 15% restocking fee upon return inspection.
